Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at ytstudiolab.com and the YTStudioLab application (the “Service”), operated by YTStudioLab (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

YTStudioLab is an AI-powered platform that helps YouTube creators plan, produce and improve video content. It generates scripts, visuals, voiceovers and finished videos, and, if you connect a YouTube channel, shows and analyzes your channel’s performance and recommends content.

YTStudioLab is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. YouTube API Services

The YouTube connection feature uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect at any time from the channel page in YTStudioLab or through your Google account permissions. How we handle YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan limits and prices are shown in the app.
  • Paid plans are one-time payments for a fixed term (a week, a month or three months), paid in advance. Nothing renews automatically. Card payments are processed by Stripe; local payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer) are confirmed by our team.
  • While we confirm a local payment, we may unlock one video for you straight away. If the payment cannot be confirmed, that video keeps the free-plan watermark and we may stop offering early unlocks on your account.
  • Our first 100 paying members keep the prices they joined at for as long as they keep their account.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and unused video credits do not roll over.
  • We may change prices with notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the topics, prompts and other material you provide, and, to the extent we hold any rights in them, we assign to you the scripts, images, audio and videos the Service generates for you (“Output”). You give us a limited license to host, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you.

AI output can be inaccurate, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish it and for making sure your use of it follows the law and the policies of any platform you publish on, including YouTube’s Community Guidelines and monetization policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
  • Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or impersonate a real person in a misleading way.
  • Produce spam, deceptive content or misinformation intended to mislead viewers.
  • Access accounts or YouTube channels you are not authorized to use.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or get around its usage limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@ytstudiolab.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we have to for legal reasons. After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, such as views, subscribers, revenue or monetization approval, and we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YTStudioLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
